About Us
The Coaches Consortium (TCC) is an umbrella organisation for coaches accredited in the Intercept® Coaching System in Australasia. Our dedicated coaching focus began in 1996 when Tanya Lacy, the Founding Director started from the ground up by cold-calling other businesses owners.
Dissatisfied with the measurability of traditional coaching, Tanya pioneered the Intercept Coaching System to 'intercept' the real roadblocks to people's success. This unique system allows clients to benchmark themselves across 36 key areas that impact an individual's business success and underpin leadership capabilities.
Since 1998, Intercept® programs have been delivered to almost every market sector in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific Region. It is also licensed in USA, UK, Spain and South Africa. TCC became the vehicle for delivery of Intercept in Australasia in 2001.
The Coaches Consortium is committed to expanding its systems and the Intercept Coaching Programs nationally and internationally. Since 2002, the founding directors have attended International Coach Federation (ICF) Conferences to keep abreast of the latest in coaching around the world and to establish global alliances.
