Computer Troubleshooters is Australia’s largest IT service with over 80 Franchisees in Australia and over 450 worldwide across 22 countries. The Computer Troubleshooters franchise was created and developed in Coffs Harbour, NSW in 1997
Our franchise success is based on helping you create the business that best suits your skills, experience and desires. You may wish to operate a business from a home base, handling most of the technical work yourself. Or you may wish to start from a service centre, managing technical staff to handle the day to day work.
Both options work well, and in practice some Computer Troubleshooters start as a home operation, then expand into a service centre.

The investment required
Your total financial investment required is $25,000 (plus GST).
This includes your training, a Fully Funded Start Up Advertising Campaign in your area, the franchise systems, the tools and the supporting documents necessary to get you started in your own business.

Funded Start Up Advertising Campaign
A fixed license fee is payable monthly, with a 3 months grace period, and then limited to a small fixed increase each year. A monthly advertising levy is also made to a State marketing fund. This latter amount is held in trust to be used by the group as a whole at the total discretion of the members. (e.g. yellow pages advertising, promotional activity, etc.)
The other key part of the equation is your commitment to make the business work. It will require 100% investment of your time and energies.

New locations are being added regularly and, in time, coverage will be offered in many other parts of the world.
