History
FleetPartners dates back to the 1980s, during which period the ANZ Bank formed 2 joint venture businesses – one focused on passenger vehicles and the other on commercial vehicles. The aim of this joint venture was to provide fleet leasing products to the corporate business market. In 1996 the two joint ventures were merged into a single legal entity, Esanda FleetPartners and in 2006 was purchased by a private equity group led by a former Managing Director, Nick Johnson.

Currently 60,000 drivers in Australia and New Zealand drive vehicles supported by FleetPartners fleet leasing and management services.
